Astrid Arumae a créé la Fondation Aide Outremont COVID-19 pour venir en aide aux aînés et aux personnes souffrant de problèmes de santé chroniques qui ne peuvent quitter leur domicile durant la crise sanitaire. Les quelque 60 bénévoles de la fondation livrent l’épicerie et les médicaments aux personnes vulnérables du quartier Outremont de Montréal. Comptant plus de 500 livraisons à son actif, la fondation a facilité le quotidien d’une foule de gens à risque. Merci à la Fondation Aide Outremont COVID-19 de protéger la santé des personnes vulnérables en leur permettant de rester à la maison.
Astrid Arumae founded Outremont COVID-19 Help Foundation to support seniors and those with chronic health conditions who can’t get out during the health crisis. With the help of over 60 volunteers, the foundation shops for groceries and medications, and delivers them to vulnerable individuals in the Outremont neighbourhood of Montreal. Having done over 500 deliveries so far, the foundation has made a meaningful difference in the lives of so many at-risk people.
