Terms and Conditions

Through these challenging times, Canadians have rallied together to support their communities with kindness and innovation and uplifting stories have begun to emerge. We want to spotlight the resilience, altruism and ingenuity of individuals who are going beyond their call of duty. We want to hear your stories and share them with Canadians.

The Random Acts of Canadian Program (the “Program”) begins on May 15, 2020 and ends on September 9, 2020 (with opportunity to extend) (the “Program Period”) and is administered by Royal Bank of Canada (together with its subsidiaries, “RBC”).

The Program is open to all legal residents of Canada of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. By submitting your Submission (as defined below), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Participants must go to www.randomactsofcanadian.com or www.lesbonnesactionsdici.com and complete the web form during the Program Period that includes:

  1. your story in 250 characters or less, telling us how you have made a positive impact in your community, or how you have been the recipient of an altruistic act by someone in your community having gone above and beyond to shine a light in an otherwise dark time.
